Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit
The Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit provides businesses and consumers with tax credits for installing eligible alternative fuel vehicle (AFV) fueling infrastructure between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2032. Businesses can claim up to 30% of depreciable costs, capped at $100,000 per item, while individuals may receive up to 30% of the cost, capped at $1,000, for installations at a principal residence.
